Two files from a CR3000 appear to be damaged; at least that was the message shown on logger net when using Card convert ("Input file contained no data. If the file should have contained data, consider the repair option") I hit repair, but nothing happened.
There is any way to recover data on those files?

If the repair option does not work it is quite possible, I am afraid, that the file does not contain any data at all, i.e. the datalogger did not write the data for some reasons. I don't suppose any one looked at the display to check for error messages?
When you clicked on repair did a series of messages appear indicating the Cardconvert utility was scanning through the files looking for lost blocks of data?
