I have a CR500 logger that will not take a new program. I am connected, battery good,I can download data, change the clock and view the data. It will not let me upload a new program. I receive a communication error everytime. I have tried 4-5 different programs from 3 different computers.
I am using PC208W with a shortcut program.
No one in my office has ever seen this before.
Any ideas?
Make sure you are downloading the *.dld file. Also, double check that it is for a CR500. Does the logger have security set? If those check out, post the specific message you get, the more detail the better.
