Can somebody show me two techniques for increasing the magnitude of the mV signal coming into the datalogger when using a thermistor to measure temperature

Increasing the mV signal input to the logger would require an increase to the mV excitation going to the thermistor and excess mV to the thermistor may self heat the thermistor and cause erroneous readings.
If you explain your problem perhaps someone has a solution.
